1xbat requires a clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) for KYC verification. Both sides of the CNIC are needed. In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC may be requested. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal — submitting it early means faster processing when you want to cash out. All documents are handled in line with the 1xbat Privacy Policy and never shared with third parties.
Contact the 1xbat support team at support@1xbat-vip.com and request permanent account closure. Before closing, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Deposits & Payments
Log in to your account and go to the Deposit section. Choose your payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR and follow the confirmation steps for your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 1xbat balance almost instantly after you confirm the transaction on your mobile wallet. Bank IBFT transfers may take a few hours to reflect.
The minimum deposit at 1xbat is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 1xbat itself — however, your mobile wallet or bank may have its own daily transaction limits. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion and no transaction fee charged by 1xbat.
1xbat charges zero fees on deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming balance — no deductions. Your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges, but those are independent of 1xbat. We have no control over third-party provider fees and recommend checking with your wallet provider if you are unsure.
First, wait a few minutes and refresh your account — Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually instant but can occasionally take up to 5 minutes during high-traffic periods. For IBFT transfers, allow up to a few hours. If the deposit still has not appeared after a reasonable wait and your payment provider has confirmed the transaction was successful, contact 1xbat support with the transaction reference number (TRXID) from your wallet and we will trace and credit it manually.

Withdrawals
Log in, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification (CNIC copy). Once your account is verified, withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed on the same business day. IBFT bank transfers can take up to two business days.
The minimum withdrawal at 1xbat is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by 1xbat for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in batches. Bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn — only converted real-money funds and wagering-cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours on business days. IBFT bank transfers take one to two business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals vary by card issuer but usually appear within 3-5 business days. The welcome bonus at 1xbat is automatically applied to your account when you make your first qualifying deposit after registration — no promo code or manual request is needed. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited to your account immediately after the deposit is confirmed. A wagering requirement (also called rollover) is the number of times you need to place bets totalling a specific amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Progress toward the wagering requirement is visible in the bonus section of your account. Different games contribute at different rates — slots typically contribute 100% while live casino may contribute less.
Bonuses at 1xbat have an expiry date — if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings from it are removed. The validity period is shown in the bonus terms when the offer is accepted.
