1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 1xbat platform available at 1xbat-vip.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xbat.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 1xbat platform and must close any existing account you hold. Your continued use of 1xbat following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important: These Terms and Conditions govern all interactions with 1xbat including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, bonus participation, and customer support communications. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed, gaming activity will be voided, and net deposits (after deducting any withdrawals already made) will be returned to the payment source.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

2.4 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 1xbat. This restriction applies across all devices, IP addresses, payment methods, and household addresses. If 1xbat identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all accounts other than the original registration may be closed and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited. One household, one account: Where multiple members of the same household wish to use 1xbat, each must use their own unique identity, payment method, and contact details. Shared payment methods within a household may trigger a review.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbat username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 1xbat will never ask for your password through any channel including email, live chat, or phone calls. Any activity occurring on your account using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified 1xbat of unauthorised access.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
1xbat may request Know Your Customer documentation at any stage including but not limited to: before processing your first withdrawal, when depositing or withdrawing amounts above specified thresholds, or when account activity triggers a review. Requested documentation typically includes a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of the payment method used, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
3.3 Account Closure by You
You may request closure of your 1xbat account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure request, your account will be deactivated. Any remaining PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount or consisting entirely of unconverted bonus funds may not be eligible for return.
3.4 Account Closure by 1xbat
1xbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: false information has been provided, the terms and conditions have been violated, fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or account activity poses a financial or reputational risk to 1xbat. In the event of closure for cause, 1xbat may withhold funds pending investigation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
1xbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. 1xbat does not charge its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own standard fees independently of 1xbat.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
- Minimum single deposit: Rs 500
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000

4.3 Deposit Responsibility
All deposits made to your 1xbat account must come from payment methods registered in your own name. If a third-party deposit is detected, 1xbat will suspend the account and return the funds to the originating payment source.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing

IBFT bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. 4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
5.3 Minimum Odds for Sports Betting Bonuses
Where a sports betting bonus specifies a minimum odds requirement — typically Decimal odds of 1.60 or higher — only bets placed at or above those odds contribute toward the bonus wagering calculation. 6.4 Voided Bets

In all void cases the original stake is returned to your account balance.

7. Casino Rules

Any adult who allows a minor to use their 1xbat account is in breach of these terms and liable for all activity that results.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbat platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, relevant winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches in games or the betting platform for financial gain
- Using 1xbat in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions that were legitimately processed by 1xbat
- Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game format
- Sharing login credentials with other individuals or allowing others to operate your account
- Attempting to interfere with the 1xbat platform through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or any form of unauthorised system access
- Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by 1xbat
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback on a legitimate 1xbat deposit is treated as fraud. 1xbat will dispute all chargebacks with full transaction evidence and reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal channels where the disputed amount exceeds Rs 50,000.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 1xbat platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 1xbat or its licensed suppliers. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercialise any 1xbat content without prior written authorisation.
Your right to use the 1xbat platform is a limited, non-transferable, and revocable licence for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you and is automatically revoked upon account closure for any reason.
Third-party game content available within the 1xbat casino lobby is owned by the respective software providers. Any reproduction of that content is subject to the intellectual property rights of those providers, not 1xbat.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 1xbat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these terms, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the net deposit made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1xbat shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss regardless of how they arise:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or expected gambling income
- Indirect or consequential losses of any nature
- Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error or third-party data feed failure
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 1xbat's reasonable control including network outages, regulatory actions, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures
Nothing in these terms limits 1xbat's liability for matters which cannot be legally excluded under Pakistani consumer protection law.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
1xbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a 1xbat account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In brief, 1xbat uses your data to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, personalise your gaming experience, communicate with you about your account and promotions (where consented), and comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering requirements. Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms
1xbat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must stop using 1xbat and may request account closure. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed according to the terms in force at the time those withdrawal requests were submitted.
